Hannah K Snow

Hannah K Snow, P.E. is a civil engineer with extensive experience in floodplain management and coastal restoration. In the current role at FEMA since July 2024, Hannah oversees floodplain analyses and RiskMAP products for FEMA Region 10. Previous experience includes work at Environmental Science Associates, where Hannah designed resilient beach, estuary, and river restoration projects while addressing climate change impacts and collaborating with various professionals throughout project implementation. Hannah's career began with internships and leadership roles, including managing engineering projects with Engineers Without Borders and conducting research at the University of Washington.
