Hayley Cotton

Hayley Cotton is an experienced Emergency Management Specialist currently working with FEMA since July 2021, focusing on mitigation efforts in Region 4. Prior to this role, Hayley served as a Grant Advisory Specialist at ITsimple and worked as a Consultant in Governmental Services at Thomas Howell Ferguson P.A. CPAs. Additional experience includes leadership positions such as Vice Chair at the Tallahassee Ultimate League, Team Leader for FEMA Corps with AmeriCorps NCCC, and an internship at the Florida Department of Emergency Management. Early career experience includes roles such as Administrative Assistant at the Florida Optometric Association and Student Director of Maintenance/Facility Supervisor at FSU Campus Rec. Hayley holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Bachelor of Science in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Florida State University.
