Lila Bartolomeo

Lila Bartolomeo is a skilled professional with experience in emergency management communications, recruitment, research, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a Specialist at FEMA, Lila coordinates emergency management communications tactics. Previous roles include a Recruiter for Linking Lives, where Lila engaged students interested in studying abroad, and a Research Analyst/Documentary Intern at Virginia Tech, focusing on community projects related to migrant workers and climate change. Lila has also held leadership positions in women's ice hockey, co-founding the Let's Build a Rink campaign while serving as Vice President of the team at Virginia Tech, and has contributed as a National Writer for Their Campus Media.
