Rashidah McCoy, MS, is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in strategic marketing and digital engagement. As the CEO and Founder of Maven Marketing, LLC, Rashidah leads an innovative, Black woman-owned company dedicated to delivering cutting-edge marketing solutions. In the role of Director of Strategic Marketing and Digital Engagement at Independent Sector, Rashidah has successfully overseen brand strategies, audience-building initiatives, and data-driven marketing efforts. Previously, Rashidah held significant positions at Communities In Schools National Office, Jesuit Refugee Service, and Kivvit, where successful campaigns enhanced digital engagement and fundraising outcomes. Rashidah's academic accomplishments include a Master's degree in Journalism with a focus on International Public Relations from West Virginia University and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from Delaware State University.
