Ted R.

Ted R. is a highly experienced professional, currently retired and holding a significant position as Chief of the Homeland Security Section at FEMA since June 2016. In addition to this role, Ted has operated Monocacy River Photography since January 2009, specializing in high-quality prints of Frederick County, Maryland, and other scenic locations across the United States. Ted served on the Board of Directors for the Frederick Arts Council from August 2020 to February 2024 and has held various positions in public health administration and project management, including a Public Health Administrator at Kimbrough Ambulatory Care Center and a Contractor Project Team Lead at GRSI. Ted’s educational background includes advanced degrees in Emergency and Disaster Management, Military and Strategic Leadership, and Intelligence Studies in Homeland Intelligence, along with multiple certifications in leadership and program management from prestigious institutions.
