Allie Shockley

Allie Shockley is a legal trainee at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission since May 2014, with a strong academic background in law focused on intellectual property, internet, environmental, and governmental relations, currently pursuing a JD at Indiana University. Previous experience includes roles as a law clerk at McCrea & McCrea, where legal research supported toxic tort litigation, and as an intellectual property intern with the US Navy, drafting patent applications across various technical fields. Additional positions include judicial law clerk for the Circuit Court of Tippecanoe County, undergraduate research assistant at Purdue University, and an intern at the Biotechnology Industry Organization, where policy research was conducted on genetically modified food and biofuel initiatives. Allie holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Purdue University.
