Andrew Martin

Andrew Martin is an experienced Energy Industry Analyst with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission since October 2018. Prior roles include Staff Assistant for Congressman Gene Green and Legislative and Administrative Intern for Congressman Ben Ray Luján, where legislative research and constituent communications were key responsibilities. Additional experience encompasses a Policy Research Assistant position at the Texas State Senate and a DOE Scholar role with the Department of Energy, where involvement in the Quadrennial Energy Review and research on Renewable Natural Gas were significant. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Public Policy Analysis from The LBJ School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and History from Vanderbilt University.
