Robb H. is an experienced energy industry analyst currently serving at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission since July 2014, where efforts focus on modernizing regulatory reporting and enhancing data transparency through the transition to XBRL. Previously, Robb served as a Commissioner for Advisory Neighborhood Commission 1B from 2015 to 2023, advocating for community interests and facilitating engagement between residents and the District government. Prior experience includes positions as a Business & Industry Specialist at the U.S. Department of Commerce, Birkhead-Burkhead Research Associate at the Environmental Finance Center at Syracuse University, and Chief of Staff for the Florida House of Representatives. Robb holds multiple degrees from Syracuse University's Maxwell School, including a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Economics, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from UCF College of Business.
