Asif Balbale

Asif Balbale, PMP, MBA, is an experienced project manager and petroleum engineer currently overseeing a portfolio of projects for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission since January 2017, focusing on natural gas pipelines and related infrastructure. Prior roles include mining engineer and ventilation specialist at the US Department of Labor, where responsibilities involved conducting inspections and advising on engineering standards. Asif also served as a lead MWD field engineer at Halliburton, providing directional drilling services, and as a lieutenant in the US Navy, offering strategic counsel on global engagements. Additional experience includes technical support engineering and mechanical maintenance in the Navy. Asif holds an MBA in Finance from Virginia Tech, a Master's degree in Spiritual Care and Counseling from Claremont School of Theology, and a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Montana Technological University.
