Elizabeth Topping has extensive experience in energy policy and analysis, currently serving as Group Manager in the Office of Policy & Innovation at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission since December 2010. Prior roles include consultancy positions at the World Bank, where Elizabeth worked on energy reform and climate strategies for the Mexican government, and Resources for the Future, where Elizabeth engaged in energy-related research and analysis. Elizabeth also has experience as an Energy Analyst at Merrill Lynch Global Securities Research and gained analytical expertise through positions at Risk Metrics, GE Energy Financial Services, and the United Nations Development Programme. Elizabeth holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography, Government, and Spanish from Dartmouth College.
