Jennifer B. Shipley, MA, PCC, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in policy development, coaching, and instructional design. Currently serving as the Deputy Director of the Division of Policy Development at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission since January 2002, Jennifer has held various roles, including Group Manager and Policy Advisor. As the founder and CEO of NeuroEdge Coaching since June 2012, Jennifer specializes in brain-based coaching to enhance client performance through resilience and focus. Additionally, Jennifer has been an instructor and instructional designer for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management's Federal Internal Coach Training Program since June 2015, where Jennifer trains federal professionals and contributes expertise in emotional intelligence and ICF core competencies. Jennifer's earlier experience includes a role as International Business Development Coordinator at Tokyo Electric Power Company. Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in International Economics from Johns Hopkins University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and French from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
