Mindi Sauter

Mindi Sauter is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a Senior Legal Advisor at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission since February 2009. Sauter's roles have included providing legal counsel to various commissioners and advising in the Office of Energy Market Regulation and Office of General Counsel. Prior to this, Sauter held the position of Senior Counsel at Constellation Energy and was an Associate in the Energy and Derivatives Markets Practice Group at McDermott Will and Emery. Sauter holds a BA in Psychology and Education from Pepperdine University and a JD from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.
