Nicole Aranda

Nicole Aranda, M.A., currently serves as a Human Capital & Employee Experience Analyst at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, a position held since November 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Personnel Research Psychologist at USAID, where data analysis on Foreign Service Officer experiences was conducted to improve performance management, and as a Senior Consultant for the Volunteer Program Assessment. Nicole's background also features a Payroll Auditor position at Tetra Tech and significant contributions to the PTCMW 2021 Graduate Student Consulting Challenge. Nicole holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from George Mason University and has completed a Bachelor of Science in the same field at the University of Central Florida, along with prior studies in Psychology at Florida Atlantic University.
