Mark Siegfried

Mark Siegfried has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Mark started their career as a Quality Engineer at Lear Corporation in 1994 and then joined Delphi Automotive as a Response Team Leader. Later, they worked at Ford Motor Company as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer before moving on to Benteler Automotive as an Operations & Lean Manufacturing Manager. In 2009, Mark became the Director of Operations at Dimplex Thermal Solutions. Mark then joined Ingersoll Rand as the Director of Supplier Quality Development - Americas and later took on the role of Global Quality Leader at Trane. Mark also served as the VP of Operations at Weber Specialties before taking on their current role as the Director of Operations at Federal Foam Technologies, Inc.

Mark Siegfried has obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Land Use Analysis from Eastern Michigan University. Mark has also earned a Certification in Quality Manufacturing from Baker College Center for Graduate Studies. Furthermore, they have a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing Strategies and Technologies from Central Michigan University. Mark Siegfried holds a Certification in Lean Manufacturing from the University of Michigan as well. Lastly, they have completed an Executive Management Certification program from the University of Notre Dame.
