Amit Jaiswal

Amit Jaiswal has extensive experience in the field of data engineering and ETL automation. Amit currently holds the position of Sr Data Engineer & ETL Automation Lead at Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta. Prior to this, Amit worked at General Motors as a Sr Big Data Engineer & Cloud ETL Automation Lead, where they were responsible for end-to-end big data processing, migration of applications to NextGen Big Data ecosystems, and project management for cloud ETL automation solutions. Before joining General Motors, Amit worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions in various roles such as Senior Project Manager, Sr Architect, Project Manager, and Assistant Project Manager. At Cognizant, they were involved in projects related to sales and marketing data warehouse, data governance, metadata architecture, and estimation. Amit also has experience working at HSBC Global Technology India Pvt Ltd as a Team Lead, where they were responsible for ETL approach, quality adherence, data modeling, and mentoring team members. Amit started their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Saama Technologies. Overall, Amit has a strong background in data engineering, ETL automation, project management, and technical leadership.

Amit Jaiswal has completed a Diploma in Advanced Computing (DAC) in Information Technology from ACTS Hyderabad. Amit also holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in FMP from CTAE Udaipur. In terms of their schooling, they attended City High School Achalpur. Additionally, Amit has obtained several certifications including IBM DB2 UDB 8.x Certified Professional, IBM Infosphere Datastage Certified Developer, Informatica 8.x Certified Designer, and Teradata V12 Certified Professional.
