Catherine Sterba

Catherine Sterba is an experienced professional with a robust background in community investment services and credit operations. Currently serving as the Strategic Initiatives Manager at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta since March 2021, Catherine has held various senior leadership roles, including Senior Credit Officer and Director of Credit Operations at Seaside National Bank & Trust from November 2016 to March 2021. Prior experience includes positions at DiCom Software, CNLBank, Central Florida Community Reinvestment Corporation, and Barnett Banks, encompassing roles that focus on credit policy, appraisal review, and community reinvestment. Catherine holds a Master of Business Administration from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Economics from Wake Forest University.
