Beltus A.

Beltus A. currently serves as the Lead Delivery Process Manager at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago since November 2021 and is the Business Owner of RUBE TECH LLC, an Agile Center of Excellence, since October 2022, providing training and SAFe certifications. Beltus A. has extensive experience in agile methodologies, having held positions such as Agility Lead at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Scrum Master at both i4DM and Multimedia Genius. Additionally, Beltus A. has served as an Engineer in the United States Army Reserve since May 2017. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Frostburg State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science from Penn State University.
