Uyen Pham

Uyen Pham started their work experience in 2010 at Venable LLP as an Associate, where they worked until 2015. In 2016, they joined the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago as a Vice President & Assistant General Counsel, and they are currently still in this role.

Uyen Pham completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia. Uyen further pursued their academic journey at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where they obtained a Doctor of Law degree (J.D.).
