Nicole Svoboda

Nicole Svoboda has over a decade of experience in community investment and financing, currently serving as a Senior Community Investment Analyst at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines since May 2016. Prior roles include Community Investment Analyst, Senior Rental Housing Specialist, and Down Payment Product Analyst. Prior to joining the Federal Home Loan Bank, Nicole worked at Wells Fargo for seven years as a Consumer Loan Underwriter III. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business, completing both degrees between 2005 and 2009.
