Edwin Artuz

Edwin Artuz is the SVP, Head of Corporate Services & Director, Diversity & Inclusion at Federal Home Loan Bank of New York. Previously, they were the Purchasing Manager at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meager & FlomCompany from April 1987 to February 1989, where they established a centralized purchasing function and lead a project to implement a Materials Management Information System. Edwin was also the Purchasing Agent at Dillon, Read & Co. Inc. from April 1985 to February 1987, where they ensured continuous improvement in quality, service, costs, innovation, and information.
