Maelean Green, MS, SHRM-CP, serves as the Vice President and Senior Manager of Human Resources at the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York, where tenure began in November 2010, progressing through various roles including Executive Compensation & Benefits Officer. Prior experience includes consulting at Fordham University during a Master's practicum and holding multiple positions at AllianceBernstein and MortgageIT, starting as a Human Resources Assistant and advancing to Benefits Specialist.
