Anya Korepanova

Anya Korepanova, PMP, has a strong track record in program management, with experience in various industries including banking, insurance, and technology. Anya is currently working as a Senior Director Program Manager at the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco since 2019. Prior to this, Anya was a Strategic Execution & Operations Program Office, Sr. Program Manager at Wells Fargo from 2017 to 2019, where they managed a portfolio of 10 strategic initiatives focused on risk remediation efforts.

Anya also held the position of a Digital Strategy Agile Program Manager at the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco from 2013 to 2017, where they directed the Digital Strategy Marketing Program and implemented Agile SCRUM methodologies to increase program efficiency and deliver business value. Before that, they served as a Commercial Card Services PM Consultant at Visa from 2012 to 2013, managing agile releases of commercial card management and data services portfolio.

Anya Korepanova, PMP, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of San Francisco, where they studied from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Anya has pursued various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field. Anya obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2001. Anya also obtained the SCRUM Master certification from the International Scrum Institute™ in 2014. Furthermore, they have obtained additional certifications in areas such as Machine Learning from Stanford University in 2019, FinTech: Foundations, Payments, and Regulations from the University of Pennsylvania in 2021, and Blockchain & Digital Currencies from the University of Nicosia in 2022. Additionally, Anya is a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist, obtained from Scaled Agile, Inc. in August 2020.
