Sami A. Boustany

Sami A. Boustany is an accomplished finance professional specializing in fixed income and securitized products. Currently serving as a member of the Investments and Balance Sheet Strategy team at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka since January 2024, Sami brings extensive experience from prior leadership roles at Amherst Pierpont Securities LLC and Cantor Fitzgerald, where responsibilities included leading trading desks for Hybrid MBS and expanding firm profitability.
