Ayoka Fajardo

Ayoka Fajardo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and operational roles within federal agencies. Currently serving as Acting Associate Director of Agency Operations and Director of Business Operations at the Federal Housing Finance Agency since August 2020, Ayoka provides principal advisory support to the Chief Operating Officer and oversees facilities operations management. Additionally, Ayoka founded and currently leads 9toThrive, a career support and leadership development company aimed at empowering professionals to advance their careers. Previously, Ayoka held various key positions at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, focusing on performance measurement and internal controls, and at the United States Department of Defense, where responsibilities included resource management and program analysis. Educational credentials include an MPA with a concentration in Human Resource Management, Program and Policy Evaluation from Penn State University and Cheyney University of Pennsylvania.
