Jeff Harris

Jeff Harris serves as the Chief Information Security Officer at the Federal Housing Finance Agency since August 2024 and has held the role of Member of the Board of Directors at Kappa Youth Development Foundation, Inc. since June 2018. Previously, Jeff was Director of Cybersecurity Operations and Chief Information Security Officer at the U.S. Small Business Administration from September 2018 to September 2024. Jeff's experience includes serving as Chief Information Security Officer and Acting Chief Information Officer for the U.S. Intelligence Community from November 2015 to September 2018, and Director of Defensive Cyber Operations at the Office of Naval Intelligence from October 2010 to November 2015. Jeff's earlier roles include Deputy Chief Information Officer for Information Assurance/Cybersecurity at the Department of Homeland Security and Senior Security Architect at Camber Corporation. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Network Systems Engineering from Barry University and has completed the Supervisory Leadership Development Program at George Washington University.
