Julie Giesbrecht

Julie Giesbrecht currently serves as a Senior Policy Analyst at the Federal Housing Finance Agency, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Julie was the SVP of Appraiser Outreach & Engagement at Class Valuation from November 2018 to January 2021. Julie has substantial experience in credit risk management and collateral policy through a role as Credit Risk Manager at Fannie Mae from November 2016 to November 2018 and has worked at Fannie Mae in various capacities from October 2010 to June 2016, including Review Appraiser in the Loan Quality Center. Starting in the real estate field in January 2001 as a Real Estate Appraisal Trainee, Julie advanced through positions as a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and Licensed Real Estate Broker before gaining experience with various companies in the industry leading up to 2010.
