Daniel Farberman

Daniel Farberman is a seasoned labor relations and human resources professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as a Labor Arbitrator for the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service since June 2021, Farberman also holds the position of Director for Human Resources, Labor Relations & Civil Service at Wyoming County Community Health System and Wyoming County, New York since February 2018. Farberman previously worked as Corporate Vice President for Human Resources and Labor & Employee Relations at Kaleida Health, overseeing a significant workforce in the largest healthcare provider in Western New York. Additional roles include Vice President of Human Resources at The Buffalo News, Personnel Director and Corporate Director of Labor Relations at Global Crossing, and Director of Labor Relations for the City of Buffalo. Farberman’s earlier career includes managerial positions at Hansford Manufacturing and General Motors. Farberman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science with a focus on Industrial & Labor Relations from the State University of New York College at Geneseo.
