Walter Darr

Walter Darr is an experienced professional in mediation and labor relations, currently serving as Field Operations Manager and Commissioner at the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service since March 2015. Prior to this role, Walter held various significant positions, including Mediator at the National Mediation Board from 2010 to 2015 and Principal for Walter Darr & Associates, providing mediation and consulting services from 2004 to 2010. Walter also held leadership roles in the airline industry, including Vice President of Labor Relations and Employment at Comair and Manager of Crew Scheduling and Coordination at Continental Airlines.
