Hannah Jantsch

Hannah Jantsch is an experienced economist currently employed at Bundesnetzagentur since December 2024. Previously, Hannah worked at Compass Lexecon from September 2020 to October 2024, holding various positions including Economist, Senior Analyst, Analyst, and Research Analyst. An internship at Deutsche Bundesbank in early 2019 provided foundational experience in international and euro area macroeconomic analysis. Earlier roles include serving as a Student Research Assistant at the Collaborative Research Centre SFB 884 from February to December 2018, focusing on the German Internet Panel project, and an internship at ZEW - Leibniz Centre for European Economic Research in mid 2017 in corporate taxation and public finance research. Hannah earned a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Mannheim (2017-2019) and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the same institution (2013-2016), with an exchange semester at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in 2015-2016.
