Kausik Munsi is an experienced professional in the field of information technology, currently serving as CIO and CTO at the Bundesamt für Migration und Flüchtlinge (BAMF) since July 2018. In addition, Kausik Munsi has held the position of Senior Software Engineering Manager at the Federal Office for Migration Integration and Asyl since January 2001. Previous roles include SAP-Programm-Manager at Eisenbahn-Bundesamt EBA from January 1994 to December 2000 and Juniorentwickler at SAP from April 1992 to December 1993. Kausik Munsi holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Computer-Softwaretechnik from Technische Universität Berlin, obtained in 1992.
