Rod Brown

Rod Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information technology and community empowerment. As the Owner of Living Bounty Food Exchange since March 2020, Rod Brown has focused on developing community food gardens and providing resources for producers to market their products effectively. Prior roles include serving as a Computer System Administrator for the Federal Public Defender since July 2016 and as a Local Support Provider at The University of Memphis from April 2015 to July 2016, where responsibilities included managing access control and surveillance systems. Rod Brown's career also encompasses various IT support positions across notable organizations such as the State of Tennessee, Johnson & Johnson, FedEx Corp, Shelby County Schools, and UT Medical Center. Rod Brown holds a Graduate Certificate in Information Technology Project Management and Business Information Assurance, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management of Information Systems from the University of Memphis.
