Jan Sweetnam

Jan Sweetnam has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years. Jan started their career as an investment sales broker at Julien J Studley in 1986. In 1989, they joined CB Richard Ellis Investors as vice president, where they were responsible for acquisitions, leasing and asset management. In 1997, they joined Federal Realty Investment Trust as SVP & COO West Coast. Jan has been with Federal Realty for over 20 years and is responsible for the operations of their West Coast portfolio.

Jan Sweetnam earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from UCLA Anderson School of Management in the field of finance. Jan also holds a bachelor's degree in economics and German from University of California, Los Angeles.
