Jeff Berkes

Jeff Berkes is currently the President and Chief Operating Officer at Federal Realty Investment Trust, a position Jeff has held since February 1997. Prior to this, Jeff served as the President - West Coast at the same company. Before joining Federal Realty Investment Trust, Jeff worked as a Vice President at Heitman from December 1994 to January 1997. Jeff also held the position of Vice President at JMB Realty Corporation from August 1993 to November 1994. Jeff holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Finance from The George Washington University, earned from 1990 to 1993, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance/Real Estate from the University of Denver, obtained from 1981 to 1985.
