Brion L’Heureux is a vice president at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and the head of business operations for the FedNowSM Service Program, with responsibilities for developing and implementing the “Tier 3” expert product and service support model. In this role, Brion oversees the design and implementation of staffing strategy to support a 24/7,365 business operation, incident and exception management processes, and strategy for monitoring the performance of the service. He is also responsible for disaster recovery processes to ensure a high availability service and day-to-day operational procedures. Additionally, Brion provides input on technical design, oversees the end-to-end test strategies, and supports customer-facing test environments and initiatives.

Prior to joining the Bank, Brion worked at Interactions LLC where he served as the vice president of technical operations for several years. Previously, he served as the director of data center and network operations for Wayfair, as the senior director of production infrastructure operations at Carbonite, Inc., and as an engineer at the Microsoft Corporation. Brion has a track record of leading 24/7,365 infrastructure organizations through hyper growth, large process changes, operational maturity, and large-scale projects.
