John Donovan

John Donovan has over 30 years of experience in risk management and financial oversight. Currently serving as a Senior Risk Specialist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston since June 2016, John plays a key role in the Financial Support Office, which leads financial management for the Federal Reserve Bank System. Prior to this role, John spent nearly three decades at Citizens Bank, where responsibilities included capital planning and strategy within the PMO, focusing on Dodd Frank living wills and regulatory reporting, as well as technology services project management. John holds a Master's degree in IT with a specialization in InfoSec/Risk Management from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Emmanuel College. Additionally, John is pursuing a COSO Internal Control Certification.
