Lisa Berry Barbosa

Lisa Berry Barbosa is an assistant vice president in the Human Resources department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston who oversees talent acquisition, HR business partner, and learning and development functions. In this role, she is responsible for partnering with leaders and employees across the Bank to support talent management programs and Bank culture, and leading the talent strategy for attracting and developing a diverse workforce to meet the needs of the Bank and System programs.

Prior to joining the Bank, Lisa worked at Commonwealth Care Alliance where she served as vice president of HR service delivery. Throughout her career, Lisa has led HR teams responsible for the recruitment, development, and engagement of employees. Lisa has two decades of experience working in human resources, health care, and higher education. Lisa is a Board member for the Senior Human Resources Network (SHRN).

Lisa is a former member of the U.S. Army Reserves and holds degrees from Johnson & Wales University and Boston University.
