Patricia Allouise

VP & Associate General Counsel Legal at Federal Reserve Bank of Boston

Patricia Allouise is a vice president and associate general counsel in the Legal department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. Patricia is counsel to the Federal Reserve System’s Financial Support Office and is responsible for advising the Bank’s payments related areas. She also advises the Bank on intellectual property and litigation matters.

Patricia joined the Boston Fed in 1990 after practicing law in the bankruptcy and commerical law fields. She is a member of several Federal Reserve System legal groups including the Payments Advisory Group.

Patricia earned a B.A. in government from Suffolk University and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Women’s Bar Association of Massachusetts.
