Srikanth Ojili is a vice president and the head of standards, quality, and automation for FedNow Service at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, with responsibility for partnering with FedNow leadership to adapt and update technical standards, as well as QA processes, for the entire FedNow team. In this role, Srikanth will lead the team charged with driving all technical testing strategies, oversight, and coordination with business integration teams to support functional business testing and user acceptance testing. He is also responsible for setting standards with key partners, including System IT and the Customer Relations and Support Office. He is a co-chair of the Federal Reserve Software Testing Community and has led several initiatives to establish software quality standards across the System.
Prior to joining the Bank, Srikanth was an assistant vice president at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (FRBNY), where he was responsible for ensuring the overall quality and reliability of products and capabilities developed by the FRBNY Technology Group. Prior to FRBNY, Srikanth founded a company that specialized in business process re-engineering and worked at McKinsey & Company in various technology-focused roles. Srikanth holds a Master of Science degree from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Osmania University, India.
