Tamar Kotelchuck

VP, Working Cities Initiative at Federal Reserve Bank of Boston

Tamar steers the Bank's initiative to support economic growth, collaborative leadership and opportunity in New England's smaller industrial cities—including the Working Cities Challenge. Previously, she helped found one of Massachusetts' leading community development corporations and served as its first director of operations, director of policy and neighborhood planning, and led a multimillion-dollar redevelopment of historic buildings and parks. Tamar has also held other statewide leadership posts, including co-chair of the Massachusetts Association of Community Development Corporations Public Policy Committee.
