Todd Matthews

Todd Matthews is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and HR operations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, Todd has previously held roles such as Talent Acquisition Manager and Program Manager for GSAP at EMC. Todd's earlier experience includes positions as a Contract Recruiter and Sr. Recruiter at GTE and Judge Technical Services, respectively. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in English/Communications from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, earned between 1989 and 1993.
