Wil LeBlanc is a vice president at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and the head of service management for the FedNowSM Service. In this role, Wil is responsible for the development and implementation of the business continuity model, as well as for “Tier 3” service management and monitoring. He oversees the design and implementation of the business monitoring strategy for the health and performance of the service, including incident and exception management processes and disaster recovery processes to ensure a high availability service.
Prior to joining the Bank, Wil led IT transformations based on service management principles for some of the largest organizations in the world, including Altice USA, Sears Holdings, the U.S. Army, the U.S. Marine Corps, and the Safeway Corporation.
Wil has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
