Johanna Perez, PMP®, currently serves as the Business Strategy and Operational Insights Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, overseeing a team that manages a substantial portfolio of business operations, including strategy, analytics, and compliance. Prior to this role, Johanna held positions at the Federal Reserve Financial Services, contributing to strategic industry engagement and payment system enhancements, and served as the Director of ePAY and The Illinois Funds at the Illinois State Treasurer's Office, managing significant investment pools and compliance operations. With a strong foundation as a Senior Strategic Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and prior marketing experience at ShoreBank, Johanna combines extensive operational and strategic acumen with leadership in diversity initiatives, evidenced by former presidency of the Latino Resource Association. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategy Execution and Valuation and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from DePaul University.
