Karan Chandler Gartner

Karan Chandler Gartner is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in various senior roles, currently serving as Vice President in the Federal Reserve System Leadership Initiative at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago since April 2011. Karan has a strong background in overseeing HR functions, including compensation, benefits, HRIT, and internal communications, while also implementing strategies to enhance employee attraction and retention. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Consultant, SVP of Human Resources & Sports Division at Chuck Latham Associates, Human Resources Director at Great West Life, and HR Manager in multiple organizations. Karan holds an MBA from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business and a BA from the University of Kansas.
