Monica Staco

Monica Staco, M.Ed., M.A., PCC, serves as the Leadership Development Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago since January 2021 and has held the position of Leadership Development Lead. Concurrently, Monica has been a Leadership Coach at BetterUp since September 2019. Prior experience includes roles as a Leadership Coach and Training Facilitator at Raise The Bar Consulting, Executive and Leadership Coach at Torch, and Team Lead & Coach at the Wright Foundation for the Realization of Human Potential. Monica has also held various positions in market research and organizational strategy, including Director of Research at Family Office Exchange and Director of Syndicated Reports at Mintel, ultimately serving as Vice President of Market Research at Northern Trust Corporation. Monica holds multiple advanced degrees in counseling psychology, transformational leadership and coaching, and human resources management.
