Dameka Danielle Stringer, M.A., PHR, CDP, is an accomplished professional in diversity, equity, and inclusion with extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational culture. Currently serving in a role focused on Diversity Talent Acquisition at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas since November 2022, Dameka has a strong background in strategic pipeline programs and university partnerships. As the Director of Public Relations at the United Black Contractors Association since August 2022, advocacy for African-American business owners remains a key focus.
