Dameka Danielle Stringer

Dameka Danielle Stringer, M.A., PHR, CDP, is an accomplished professional in diversity, equity, and inclusion with extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational culture. Currently serving in a role focused on Diversity Talent Acquisition at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas since November 2022, Dameka has a strong background in strategic pipeline programs and university partnerships. As the Director of Public Relations at the United Black Contractors Association since August 2022, advocacy for African-American business owners remains a key focus. With previous positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, including Senior Manager and Manager in Diversity and Inclusion, and roles at Teach For America and Chicago Public Schools, Dameka has consistently worked to promote equity and access in educational and professional sectors. Dameka holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from DePaul University, a Master of Arts in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School, and various certifications in human resources and diversity management.
