Justin C. is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in digital and graphic design. Currently serving as a Senior Digital Designer and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Specialist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas since August 2018, Justin excels in dual roles focusing on external communications and DEI initiatives. Prior to this, Justin was the Creative Director for the Jeffrey 4 Texas Campaign, where responsibilities included designing comprehensive media for a gubernatorial campaign. Justin's career also includes a significant role as Senior Graphic Designer at ITC Cutting Edge, overseeing design for major brands and managing a team of designers. As Lead Graphic Designer at Equinox, Justin developed national campaigns for a luxury fitness brand. Justin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design from The University of Texas at Arlington, obtained in 2007.
