Shaunetta Heiskell

Shaunetta (Shaun) Heiskell is a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master currently at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas since April 2022, with a previous tenure at CBRE from October 2012 to April 2022, also in the role of Senior Scrum Master. Shaun's expertise encompasses guiding software development teams in applying Scrum practices, facilitating key Agile ceremonies, and promoting self-organization. Additional roles include Scrum Master, Business Systems Analyst, and Senior IT Business Analyst across various organizations, where Shaun was instrumental in backlog management, requirement analysis, and project leadership. Shaun holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering Technology from Prairie View A&M University.
