Stephanie Acho

Stephanie Acho, PhD, is an accomplished professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in management and event services. Currently serving as the Hospitality Services Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas since March 2019, Stephanie oversees hospitality services, including conference operations and audio/visual support. Prior to this role, Stephanie was the General Manager at Asian Mint for a decade, where responsibilities included developing new restaurant concepts and managing business operations. Also notable is the role as a Hospitality Consultant at Deloitte, focusing on enhancing customer experience, and multiple teaching positions at Texas Tech University and the University of North Texas, where Stephanie educated over 500 students. Additional experience includes a rotational management program at Loews Hotels and catering supervision at Syracuse University. Stephanie holds a PhD in Hospitality Administration/Management from Texas Tech University, alongside dual master's degrees from the University of North Texas and a bachelor's degree from Syracuse University.
