Aditi Routh

Aditi Routh is an accomplished economist currently employed at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, focusing on Payment Systems Research since June 2022. Previously, Aditi held multiple roles at the UGA College of Family and Consumer Sciences, including Graduate Research Assistant for contactless payment adoption by small business owners and for the USAF Personal Financial Readiness Program Evaluation. Aditi also contributed to the Georgia Center Youth Program as an instructor for Money Dawgs and served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for various consumer economics courses. In addition, Aditi's experience includes working as a Research Analyst at The World Bank Group, a Summer Associate at the Financial Health Network, and internships at the Institute of Development Studies Kolkata and IBM. Aditi holds a PhD in Consumer Economics from The University of Georgia and advanced degrees in Economics from the University of California, Riverside and Jadavpur University.
