Austin Carter

Austin Carter is an experienced technology professional with a background in IT support and system administration. Currently serving as a Technology Solutions Administrator at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City since May 2019, Austin previously worked as a Desktop Support Specialist at CompuCom, supporting Tier 2 and above for YRC Freight. Prior to that role, Austin was an IT Specialist/System Admin at VeriShip, where responsibilities included maintaining the company's IT environment and hardware. Austin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from Missouri Western State University and a high school diploma from De Soto High School.
